How To Book

Booking with ExTraH is easy and quick. Let’s go through the steps together.

Choice of Target

Choose a target that mirrors your travel philosophy by clicking on the vertical link on the left. For instance, Art & Business is for those who need to stay in big cities, Nice Budget is for the wise spenders, Julius is for customers who want to experience the nostalgic feelings of the past in historic buildings, and lastly, Vacanzieri is for tourists who want to enjoy the natural beauty of Italy.

Choice of Places

Once you have chosen your target you will see a page with a map and a list of locations. Choose by clicking one among those on the list or click directly on the map. However, be aware that not all locations will be displayed on the map.

Searching the available Hotels

After clicking on the location you will see a small form for selecting the hotel. You can select the days you are interested in and the number of rooms required. Your data will allow the network to verify in real time the availability of hotel rooms. You might also want to select the desired hotel category by stars. After all this information has been entered, initiate the search: a list of available hotels will appear.

Scroll the list of available hotels and choose the one you prefer with the help of the brief description and photos.

Booking

To book click on “Booking Form” and fill in the form showing the type of room (single, double, etc), the number of adults, number of children and number of rooms. Click on “Calculate” to view the cost for the entire period and, if you are satisfied, click on “Book”.

Confirming your Booking

After having clicked on “Book” another form will appear on which you are asked to insert the personal data needed to complete the booking procedure. Insert your data paying careful attention to enter your correct e-mail address to which the booking confirmation (voucher) will be sent.

Payment in Advance

Lastly, you come to the form for the payment on account of about 15% on which you will be asked to submit the data relative to your credit card. Choose the type of card and write the numbers and the expiration date. After you send it you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Payment of the balance can be conveniently carried out when you reach the hotel. Have a nice trip!
